I’m going to Doctor Hugo Toro, for many years and always came out of his office satisfy, because he always take his time to listen and always ready to help you with the better solutions according to your needs. You always get your results almost tight away. The staff is very nice always ready to help you. I never had any complain in my sixteen years of seen him. I had recommended him to everybody in my circle.

I have been with him for years , and even after moving from Katy to a location 5 min.away from Memorial Hermann City hospital, I drive to Katy to see my favorite
